What role can #raingardens play on busy high streets? We planted a 20m² rain garden on St Giles High Street, @CamdenCouncil, with 130+ plants & bulbs. Come spring, daffodils will create a vibrant streetside ribbon, improving safety, guiding footfall and managing stormwater 🌼💧

At Flora Gardens Primary, heavy rain was affecting the playground.🌧️ We worked with @LBHFl to install #SuDS planters connected to downpipes, turning runoff into a learning tool 🌱 Running planting workshops, the kids helped build their own green, flood-resilient spaces!

Wildflower turf can bring real benefits to us and our streets 🌼
Working with @yourcroydon on Wellesley Road, we laid wildflower turf to help clean the air, filter rainwater, support biodiversity and brighten up our grey, built urban spaces. 🌱

In a city where 48% of public spaces and 42% of gardens are paved, every pocket of greenery counts. We planted 4 #raingardens along Upper Walthamstow Road in Waltham Forest right outside homes, turning grey corners into biodiverse, welcoming spaces. 🌱💧

We turned a neglected underpass beneath St James Station into a green gateway 🌿 Framed by a bold mural, we planted 163 m² of #raingardens with over 800 plants to bring colour, character and wildlife to the everyday commuter's journey.

Pop-up mobility hubs help active travel reach more places 🚲 Working with CoMoUK, we delivered modular #parklets with bike sharing, seating and greenery across Scotland. Temporary, moveable and bases for community, they make walking and cycling easier 🌿

Pedestrianising @lambeth_council streets with planters🌿 We installed 24 planters along Concert Hall Approach to build out a green corridor and encourage active travel. Paired with benches, these planters invited people to stop, rest and enjoy the iconic South Bank space 🌳

4,000+ plants and 12,000 bulbs planted in just 5 days! 🌷 Our team, along with @CityWestminster have been busy transforming the space in front of Queen’s Park Library into a colourful, accessible canalside complete with ramps, benches, trees and bug hotels. Check out the progress!

A 54.8m² #raingarden featuring 2 planters, stepping logs, a balance beam, and bug hotels! 🐝Delivered with @merton_council, it slows runoff, supports pollinators, and teaches the community how SuDS work, making the street greener, more engaging, and welcoming.

2 #raingardens, 3 gabion benches, 750 plants, timber walkways🌿 We worked with @wfcouncil to deliver a rain garden that works for the community by boosting biodiversity, connecting pedestrian pathways and inviting residents to stop and rest.

Our red #planters at the OXO Tower set the tone for the festive season 🌿🎄 The greenery shapes the space by complementing the Christmas tree installation, bringing colour, biodiversity and a touch of festivity to the iconic riverside landmark.

Subtle changes in small spaces🪴 This residential planting project made use of restricted spaces in the home, adding vertical #houseplants, texture and small decorative potted plants - proving that large structural interventions are not always necessary to brighten up a home 🌿

Just over a year ago we planted the Sutherland Road #raingardens with @wfcouncil. 🌱 🌼 What started out as a community planting day is now a vibrant stretch of green space. Just check out the growth! 🌿 #urbangreening

1500 bulbs, 60 maintenance visits and one planting session later, Kennington Oval is a bright, vibrant #schoolstreet. Bulb planting sessions with children from a local @lambeth_council school taught them practical planting skills and a sense of pride over their green spaces. 🌿

#SuDS school features don't have to be dull.💧 These SuDS Planters that we installed for a school in Pevensey feature bright, interactive features designed to engage children with their green spaces and add a pop of colour to the playground.🌿 🌈

Revitalising a living wall at an Islington residence🌿 Our team worked to redesign and refresh a living wall, choosing a diverse plant mix that adds a variety of colours, textures and shapes to create a visual focal point in the home. #livingwall #greeninfrastructure

Transforming our office spaces with indoor greenery. We brought the outside in at the Simon Kucher office in central London with varied-level planting and air-purifying plants to improve air quality, biodiversity and productivity. #officeplanting

Urban trees need up to 30m³ of loose soil to thrive. At Markhouse Corner we used Stockholm tree pits to give 4 trees the space, water and oxygen they need while keeping pavements safe and stable. These pits also channel rainwater from nearby surfaces 💧🌱 #NationalTreeWeek

We're celebrating #NationalTreeWeek and our cities' canopies need our attention. Beginning as a response to Dutch Elm Disease but sustained as a celebration of tree-life, this week we'll be sharing insights and ideas to how we can plant and care for trees in our cities🌿

Planting on Amhurst Road @hackneycouncil is progressing fast despite the wet weather. The team has powered through with planting, prep and weeding as the #raingardens take shape. New street trees are in, helping build the green corridor between Hackney Downs and Hackney Central.
