To borrow a baseball analogy, I fully expect all these high-priced "talent acquisitions" to pan out as well as the Colorado Rockies' blockbuster deal for Kris Bryant a few years back.

Given how much I've seen reported that the AI bubble is supporting an otherwise weak and erratic economy, just an "AI winter" is likely our BEST case.
For veterans of the Great Recession and Dot Com Boom, we know that these things move slowly, then quickly all at once.

Worth remembering that Terence Stamp was the son of a ship's stoker.
Stamp desperately wanted to act, after falling in love with movies as a kid, and it was a scholarship to Drama School that allowed him to walk that path.
Every time arts cuts are made, they rob us of more Terence Stamps.
