I use the animation player node. I have no reason and cannot justify it besides the vibes I feel when I'm doing it this way. 😀

I think this is the first thing I ever animated when I'd just started pixel art (that had nothing to do with Minecraft). Probably heavily inspired from some source I've forgotten about!
