The City of Philadelphia has introduced legislation to limited ICE in the city. The Federal Agents can not be masked, must have ID visible, must have arrested warrants signed by federal judges. They can't attack people. If they can't do this, they will be arrested.

Alex Pretti, the man killed by federal agents today in Minneapolis, appears to have been a registered nurse, an athlete, a son and a brother, with ties to Colorado and Wisconsin.

The ICE agents approached us, told us to back up, back up. I'm not even sure why we were helping them, if anything. And I got on the snow bank, and next thing I knew, they shot him," Carlson said.

I hear there was a bit of an oopsie as the Council passed the RENTAL Act last week: Anita Bonds meant to exempt 2-4 unit buildings from TOPA *in addition to* single family homes.

Instead, her amendment *only* applied to 2-4 unit bldgs and reversed the 2018 law exempting sfh from TOPA.
