Capitalism, American style, is dependent on a permanent underclass in fear for our lives struggling to survive day to day, month to month. And its threatening not just our democracy & liberty but our only ecosystem.

Social Democracies, capitalism restrained by societal values is another matter.

capitalism is not the final economic system civilization will arive at and evolve to. there was something before it and there will be something new after it. it is not inevitable or a natural state of human affairs. it is a socio-political means of control and mass wealth extraction to the top.
