This is a very VERY rough concept sketch of a new Freakazoid oc of mine. His name is Zepphonyx! Zepphonyx is a pearl-clutching snob with a keen interest on the functions of the Freakazoid body. That is to say, he is a surgeon, and a bit of a neat freak. More on him later~
