One of the many benefits of donating grain to a local farmer is having fresh eggs. We love our farmer friends so much!

Today we released a barley wine that we brewed 3 years ago. It was tucked away and forgotten as we built our new space. It weathered the storm that destroyed our building prior to our opening and rebuild.

Front of art deco style building - rounded corner entrance with glass block windows on each side. Sign above the right side windows reads βGood Cause Brewingβ. Snow on the ground at night.
Small business is feeling relief from making it through your first super slow month then having a great big unexpected expense during a winter storm. Oy.

The paperback of Call Me By Your Name standing next to a blue can of beer called Pluto in front of a rainbow flag with the words Abide No Hatred.
Pluto Special Edition is a complex take on our flagship blueberry sour that's garnered a lot of discussion in the taproom. Made w/ an IPA yeast, you get tart blueberry flavor and a fun, dank finish. Many love it, some call it controversial... and we like that.

Our imperial stout made w/ coffe, cacao, cinnamon, and ranch & mulato peppers, Sobre Mesa, is Tulsaβs Beer of the Week! #craftbeer #brewsky #nanobrewery

Suuuper. How have we been combatting the rough post-covid beer market? Canning. Canning all sorts of RTD beverages. #stupidesttradewarever

Itβs a dreary day here in Tulsa, but thereβs something particularly dreamy about brewing in this weather.

I get the sentiment, but for most breweries it actually costs more to produce an N.A. beer (additional equipment for removing alcohol, additional equipment & qc testing because thereβs no alcohol to keep it safe from pathogens, but same grain bill, can cost, packaging cost).

Itβs been a day.. who else could use a beer that warms you up like a hug?
Our golden strong ale has subtle caramel notes with a citrusy finish.

One of the ways weβre trying to keep our heads above water as a new small brewery is producing & packaging NA beverages for other local businesses. Keeps our tanks & equipment busy and supports other small businesses while capitalizing on emerging trends.

Weβre working with a local coffee company and a soda company to produce and package their products. We actually had to start bc a storm took the roof off of our taproom just months before we were set to open. We went mobile to a commercial kitchen during the repairs.
22.01.2025 05:35 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Should add that we are a very small-scale brewery which has made it possible for us to pivot in ways that maybe are more difficult for larger breweries.
22.01.2025 02:07 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As one of the few that opened in 2024 after a massive amount of setbacks (from Mother Nature to contract brewing gone wrong), weβre holding on for dear lifeβ¦ and finding ways to use our equipment for more than just beer.

Pretending itβs spring. Sunshine, a book of poetry, and a lightly tart cherry sour in a cozy corner of the taproom hits just right on this painfully cold day.

Our lending library and to-go fridge are stocked to get you through this polar vortex. Our coffee stout or golden strong ale are great winter warmers.

This is us! We love making beer, but love people more. Our taproom will always be a welcoming place where we hope you find communityβ¦. And maybe some tasty beverages.
