Also I didn't call bungie lazy you shoved those words into my mouth to strawman. Devs have to change the code for a specific hvt which they likely share code so itd take a few weeks/months

I ran around 100 caldera's before the event and only encountered about 4 hvts. Plus most people find them around every 10-20 runs you cant say 'factual' if its only 1 person out of hundreds.

Negative. Hvt was a rare event that averaged an appearance ever 10-20 runs for most.

And even if they DID they would have planned and made the change like 2 months in advance.

Sony is corrupt but they seem to have 1 good thing. How they do game development is they allow their devs to do whatever they want and only step in if they fail. A lot of games people want sequels to don't because those devs don't want to and Sony doesn't force them to for example.
