While we're on the subject of cable, streaming was supposed to be better, but tnow hey all have bundles too and I can't just pick some channels and not others. I don't want all the news and sports channels. I watch one sport and I stopped watching mainstream news

I'm in the blackout zone. But I've learned to ignore the crawl. I wonder if the crawl still shows If I watch on gotham sports app.

And with all the games they show on TNT/ESPN through my cable provider, I can still watch plenty of other games when I want. maybe I'll still renew in January, but no need to pay for a whole year for 4 games.

canceled ESPN+ before they charge me for the year. I only ever used it to watch Devils game when they were exclusive, which is only like 3 or 4 games. I can still use it until 10/11, which means I'll still be able to watch the opener in Carolina. But their next game on that app is January.
