Welcome to The City of Rains. It’s a hard city, where money flows only through a few hands and the rest strive just to get to the next day. The casino wheels never stop spinning in Los Delphia, but the real gamble is just walking into a bar and coming out with all your fingers intact or a wallet as full as when you walked in. You never know just what agenda someone has until they knife you in the gut; chances are they’re probably a cop too. In fact the only constant in the city is the downpours. It washes clean the alleyways and soaks a person to the skin no matter how heavy their trench coat. Some ask why anyone would live here. But those people are just passing through; a casual glimpse at what they see as a dark, seedy city overcome by superficial glitz and movie glamour. Live here for long enough and you’ll see so much more; the men and women who exist in the “Old Town” are the realest you’ll ever meet–-true salts of the earth and make no mistake about that. Even the sunset across Dolphin Bay is the most beautiful in the world and let no one tell you otherwise. Let's be honest, if you really want to be someone in this world, Los Delphia is the place you start. It’s a hard place to live, but after a lifetime here, you wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Just ask the dolphins. Welcome to the City of Rains. Welcome home.
