A simple one today, painted for me by my daughter, as I dust off the medals ready to take a walk to the local remembrance parade. A time to remember the sacrifices made by so many on all sides.

Out old dog (English Springer) hated fireworks. Our current one (Romanian rescue) is totally unphased. Hope yours settles soon.

Finished the four Jannisaries. Redid one of the waistcoats for a bit of variety. Varnish and base tomorrow. Would attempt tonight... but... vodka...

Got these WW2 evacuees from @badsquiddogames.bsky.social painted tonight. Lovely little figures and I hope I’ve done them justice! For what it’s worth, I’d really recommend everyone getting a set to paint as they so good, and something different to paint!
