In apparent reaction to the @philipb-h.bsky.social Hot Mess podcast on agri methane, this week's Irish Farmers Journal prints bogus climate science denial talking points in a letter *and* a column!
When the primary media outlet for farmers spews such disinformation no wonder farmers are confused.

They are the job. We put some up before Christmas. So satisfying when the dishwasher, the washing machine are on, and its all coming from the sky.

Day 2, was stuffed chicken breast. The stuffing was a red pesto and ricotta. I made a little cream with what was left over, by adding cream and heating on the hob. Served with cauliflower cheese! 😋 🍽️👩‍🍳🍽️
