Yeah, I worked in customer support and, if it's a 'peak' of one day, they will not care. They'll wipe their hands and say "ok, volumes are back to normal, it's fixed"
If after a week they are still receiving pressure... Then they'll begin to get nervous

Visa is easy but you have to trick the phone tree with Mastercard

1. select option that you have a card
2. select option to for account info
3. press a few random buttons when asked to give ur card, wait until it transfers you to an agent
4. Request to file a complaint abt discriminatory practices

They told me they're getting a lot of complaints about this when I called, tried to push me to do an e-mail. Politely told them I would prefer to leave my complaint by phone and they took it. Easy. If you're calling Visa, hit 0 and lead by saying you'd like to file a complaint.

I WAS gonna make the kimono blue but then I was like "No but thats cheating because both kusuriuris are blue realm" and now I regret not making it blue so when I do the full digital illustration, I think they will be blue.

I designed Rin and Len as the Medicine Seller from Mononoke :) You can't see it very well in the sketch but the sword is there and the blade is a string of shattered mirror shards.

Admittedly all the digital art is fairly old so I have improved a good bit since I drew them I just haven't been using the tablet very often. Mostly sketch book :) Which is an option in the kofi requests but you won't receive the physical page, just a scan of it.
