Due to massive Russian influence, Romania's top court has annulled the first round of the latest presidential elections. The judges declared:

"Romania was target of an aggressive Russian hybrid attack, primarily using Tiktok."

The massive manipulations benefitted Pro-Russian politician Georgescu.

The first round of elections in Romania has been cancelled by the constitutional Court. New elections coming up.

I hope the ICC and international community are noting this down. Kadyrov, like all Russian leaders, is a war criminal.
