Some people are so quick to defend plagiarism and theft citing capitalism and algorithms as an excuse as if the people being stolen from aren't being directly harmed. Yes capitalism sucks, that's not an excuse to steal from others who are also trying to make a living.

There's no "making up" for giving clients stolen work and stealing from other artists. You don't steal from people you respect, and Prince clearly has 0 respect for his clients or other artists. He does not deserve to have a platform, you scam people and you're done. OP was right to make the post

Yeah if you scam people you're gonna get hate, fork found in kitchen. If you scam people, you do deserve to be "ruined socially" so they can't further scam people. Prince never would have been upfront about the tracing if they hadn't been called out, that's why he traced so many artists.

If anything Prince probably thought they could get away with tracing because the art was reuploaded to Pinterest with 0 credit making their tracing harder to find.
