Agreed. I spoke to the officers on site. They could offer no explanation other than orders from their superior. I watched a person in a mobility device navigate around the police car into motor traffic. I followed up with the 14 Division superintendent. Waiting for a response ... and safer conduct.

Donovan Vincent: Are drivers really getting speed camera tickets for going a few km/h over the limit? Part of the contentiousness of speed cameras is confusion about when exactly drivers are ticketed.

Claims that people are being ticketed for going one or two km over speed limit lack one thing ... any actual evidence.
