Like maybe this description + a specific sector where incidence has disastrous consequences, so they MUST be monitored.

Then only companies with either multiple tools, trying to assess their efficiency so I'd say finance departments (/CFOs).

Or narrow down to a type of SaaS - like in FinTech to monitor aggregation services, as it's critical for their CX.

Who would pay for it, in your opinion?
