No one showed up to the booth that was rented (probably arranged 6 months ago) by HUD’s Office of Policy Development and Research at the National Planning Conference, but it is a nice touch that someone laid flowers down.

what tactics are you organizing around other than just voting, holding town halls, calling congress etc? what actual organizing are you recommending?

Abolishing the Dept of Education means disaster for poor communities where kids depend on those critical programs. It’s also disastrous for kids with disabilities - we’ve made so much progress in expanding access. This is unforgivable.
