Part of the strategy has always been false equivalence. It's an attempt to wear down your critical thinking skills and conclude "the other side is just as bad." Don't fall for it. Do not accept blanket statements and do not claim "the left is intolerant" when we oppose bigotry and hate.

I know that hypocrisy is a feature, not a bug, for #Trump and his entourage, but how does #RFKJr justify eating food that he has called "poison"? If he doesn't have the willpower to resist Trump on even this, he won't be able to stand up to anyone.

I did this in response to @gtconway.bsky.social asking for a gif for the train wreck shitshow dumpster fire that was the Trump campaign.

I would say it applies to how the new Trump cabinet nominations are going as well.

He gets it done every 6-8 weeks by his groomer. Only once did we have to shave him down and start all over again because we didn’t comb him for a week or two! But the great thing about poodle hair is it grows back.
