In addition, it's helped me to switch to active efforts such as picking up gardening again which make me feel connected to the thing my heart feels for alongside for my own health with nurturing and being kind to myself and connected to the universe, I send you love and light ✨️

I can understand this, which is the reason why I don't pay too much attention to things going on besides being educated and aware at least if that makes sense, knowing enough to be aware but not so much where my mind and heart become agitated. Overall, my heart goes to our wildlife and nature.
