From experience, maya is still really used in industry and is the industry standard for animation, Houdini take some place and blender is far away, everyone leave max tho
And for blender, from experience too, all people shitting on blender i've seen are just trying to force maya workflow on it

What do you mean you need to be "reassured" if it work well? The problem is not the software, I've already showed you: everything work well when you follow the basic pipeline but you keep stop following it as soon as you send me something

Man, the software work well, I've used it on asterix and twilight of the gods, another artist do films like John wick 4 with, it's the new industry standard becayse it's so good and simple

I don't care it's not what they usually do. You make me come to update your old department to something better and new because it was a pain to do. If course you have to change your way to do things! If you wanted to change nothing then you could just keep old things like before!

I have a rig problem. A big rig problem that I can't solve without the guy who do this rig. My lead tell me to see with the rigger how to correct this. I tell the rigger "I don't do shit talk to the lead about it and find solution"
