The only thing creatively i could say about this is that i've made a choice about the ass deliberately being round like that even though typically they don't look like that in reality, but tbh sometimes when they're fat and bubbly enough, they can. So who knows whats accurate anymore! I just really wanted a nice S curve with the buttcheeks, left round and the right squished, with a modest bulge there as well. Overall, a very plump, cheery image.
