Kentucky doctors could refuse care based on their ‘conscience’ under bill passing Senate Legislation allowing health care workers to deny care because of their moral, ethical or religious principles passed the Senate on Friday.

Here in KY, where we have a Republican supermajority in both state houses, a (Black) Republican introduced & passed a new bill that allows health providers to refuse service based on “conscience”: If they don’t like the color of your skin, religion, gender, politics…If it offends them, No Deal.
