Agreed. There's no way all of those infielders goes through a season healthy — and giving them more breaks will help anyway.

One thing that would help would be just to play Parades at 1B and live with a $20M mostly bench player if they can't trade Walker now. If someone gets hurt, you still have him.

This is my take. I have long understood that walking is exercise.

Sitting around a table, 1 person starts by turning to the person on the left and saying "Fuzzy Duck." This continues around the table until someone says, "Does He?" It then reverses and the saying becomes "Ducky Fuzz," which continues until another "Does He?" Reverses to "Fuzzy Duck." Mess up=drink.

That's what I have enjoyed about them is they are really filling. I am not a big breakfast eater so this seems to be a good solution to being hungry in the morning.

I recently discovered that I really like smoothies, but there's no way I'll make time to like get one on my way to work ... so I bought a smoothie blender, which arrives today. Liquid fruit!
