We create roundabouts in our neighborhoods so we can check the license plates of these gunmen entering our neighborhoods. You can't go to the grocery store without seeing community aid bins and people asking how you're doing in a more genuine way than they've ever meant before.

You can't walk over a snowbank at one of these downtown marches without 5 hands being offered to help you keep your balance. The taco shops and restaurants have people with whistles handling pickup orders.

3. MN Residents have the power. The administration is scared the individuals hiding behind their masks and badges are scared. I have seen it in their eyes. Our community has come together to protect each other with a baffling level of compassion I would have told you was not possible years ago.

They're lost and tired and strung out and that deserves some attention. Keep telling them that they are trash, keep them up at night thinking of your words. They deserve it and it's working.

They're losing control of their officers, they're becoming unable to predict where we will be and what they'll need to "deal with us." They are bringing in conservation officers to deal with protesters for fucks sake.

2. The police, I.C.E, the DNR, and the Sheriff's, have no idea what they're doing, they're disorganized, unprepared, and negligent. While this is scary and disturbing, it also means the system is breaking down.

They do not stop to provide medical assistance, they do not give clear instructions, they do not check to see if anyone is okay. They are here to sow chaos and reap destruction and nobody needs to have a second thought about that.

1. I.C.E agents have no regard for public safety whatsoever. I have witnessed them speed through intersections in 20mph zones, run red lights, shove elderly people and children to the ground, leave tear gas canisters and flash bangs wherever they go.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Alberto Castañeda Mondragón says his memory was so jumbled after a beating by immigration officers that he initially could not remember he had a daughter and still struggles to recall treasured moments like the night he taught her to dance. But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain. He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friend’s car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again. He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”

What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.
