Now that I've gotten that off my chest, I gotta go to work.

All of that said, I had an incredible time at the convention and I'm not about to let 1 shitty person ruin it for me.

I'm not here about the whole Uncle Kage debate so you can forget about that before you post it here.

Personally, I think CC snuck into the parade as an uninvited and unwelcome guest, and both the administration and security teams did not take appropriate action against the offender. They definitely need to do better at future conventions.

If this is true, then Anthrocon needs to improve their security for all future events, and be more transparent about what actions will be taken in the future against banned members. These actions should include immediate removal from the event, at minimum.

In all of the photos and videos I've seen of CC, he did not have a visible registration badge for the convention, therefore I believe he wasn't there legally. That said, allegedly, Security was notified, and they did not take appropriate action.

AC Administration has been a bit dodgy about announcing what actions are being taken against this individual, but this really could just be because of legal red tape. Gotta protect the privacy of people, even if those people are shitlords.

From what I'm reading, he should have been banned years ago, supposedly he WAS banned after threatening to shoot somebody at the convention. He somehow circumvented security and made it into the parade (I don't know if he was in the convention before or not)

So a well-known nazi-fur known as CrusaderCat was spotted in the Anthrocon Fursuit Parade, and there has been a LOT of backlash aimed at AC administration regarding this.

My take on the whole CrusaderCat controversy at #Anthrocon2025.

TL;DR:
Do I think he should have been let in? No.
Do I think they LET him in? I don't think so.
Do I think enough was done about him? Absolutely not.

I lied. No stream today, took a nap, and by the time I get everything ready and eat dinner it'll be too late 😅 Tomorrow after work, though!
