Level 10 is no joke. I keep mine about 6, which feels like it's about a step per second pace and I use it as a warm up for my strength training. I'm up to a comfortable 8 mins now.
Could do more if I wanted to, but that's not what I'm going for haha
I almost did 200 today, but I may have overdone squats, so my hip flexors were shot.
But I'm still happy with my 180lbs for 10/3 sets 😊

I **hate** the stair master too, but you get SO much bang for your buck. Can get away with doing less, for equivalent results.
