Don't expect instant results. I have osteoarthritis so research your condition but I find that after a couple of hours it helps take the edge off.

Oh gosh you must. It makes a huge difference. A basic one is only about £30. It won't replace pain relief but combined it can be incredibly helpful.

Apropos of another chat, do you have a TENS? Mine makes such a difference when I remember to use it. Takes a few hours to help but on a bad day it's so much better than just painkillers.
