Donald Trump has now sued The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Walt Disney, which owns ABC News, CBS News, and CNN.
This is unacceptable.

12.11.2025 10:31 β π 115 π 35 π¬ 1 π 15The BBC is tearing itself apart to appease publications and politicians who want to see it die.
An absolutely kamikaze approach to running a media organisation. I can't see it ending well.

Great to know one of the worldβs biggest social media platforms is run by such a level-headed guy who definitely wouldnβt use his influence to poison our politics or divide the country.
Nothing to worry about at all.
An honour to take up my second annual Parliamentary Poppy Ride this week, representing Tewkesbury constituency in support of Royal British Legion.
06.11.2025 18:37 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I really welcome this. Scaling up our military strength is not just about tanks and ships.
It is also about morale.
Our troops could be asked to put their lives on the line to protect us. The least we can do is give them somewhere decent to live.

For the millionth time: Why in the name of all that is good is the Government still addicted to X?

01.11.2025 13:02 β π 20 π 11 π¬ 0 π 0We just stopped Nigel Farageβs plan to drag Britain out of the ECHR and tear up peopleβs rights. Farage wanted to scrap Churchillβs legacy and bring us closer to Trump's America.
29.10.2025 18:36 β π 557 π 144 π¬ 21 π 12Today Tewkesbury voted to protect your human rights.
Thank you for the honour.
So proud of my fellow Liberal Democrats this afternoon, along with those members of other parties who have defeated Farage's latest attempt to undermine Britain's place in the world.
I'm so proud to have registered Tewkesbury's vote against this damaging, populist twaddle.
We just defeated Nigel Farageβs Bill in Parliament to tear up peopleβs rights and withdraw from the ECHR.
Farage wants to do away with the Britain Churchill built and turn it into a version of Trump's America. We stopped him.

Outstanding.

If racism has no place in his party, then Nigel Farage should prove it by withdrawing the whip from Sarah Pochin immediately.

Political parties that deny climate change exists are no friends of farmers.
They are paving the way for deeper losses and long-term damage to British farming.

Over the weekend, the Shadow Home Secretary showed how spineless the Conservative Party has become by failing to immediately call out Pochinβs racist remarks for what they were. Itβs about time they stood up for the traditional British values of decency and tolerance, rather than bowing to Farage.
27.10.2025 17:00 β π 41 π 8 π¬ 1 π 1Sarah Pochinβs remarks were blatantly racist. Decent MPs from across party lines should now come together to condemn this disgraceful behaviour and show the public that this will never be tolerated by Parliament.

"Nigel Farage keeps insisting that racism has no place in his party. Now is his chance to prove it - he must withdraw the whip."
I went 7 wins in a row from the off, but the second half of the night was humbling. I reckon I won around 50% of the games.
There's some real talent around here!
This week I collaborated with The New Plough in Tewkesbury, to raise money for @prostatecanceruk.bsky.social.
Our "Beat the MP" pool competition raised Β£165 for this excellent charity.
Didn't take long for "Stop the boats!" to become "Stop the blacks!"
25.10.2025 21:01 β π 187 π 60 π¬ 16 π 9It's only three wins in a row.
Not long ago they took shit from Grimsby.
I'm assuming this was the interview for that vacant TalkRADIO slot.
Do we know when she starts?
A far right politician with credibility is dangerous: they dog whistle rather than speak their racism aloud, and they speak calmly and clearly.
We're sure they're racists, but it's hard to prove.
I'm really grateful when the likes of Pochin say the quiet part out loud and prove it for free.
I didnβt think this story could get worse, but the Prison Service had several chances to fix it and failed. The Government now has serious questions to answer and major work to do to make the system fit for purpose. It certainly isn't at the moment.
