50 years ago today, I attended my first ever West Ham United match.
John Lyall's side lost 2-1 at home to Derby County - Charlie George and Bruce Rioch put the visitors two ahead, before Trevor Brooking grabbed a late consolation. A shade under 25,000 watched the game.
