I tried experimenting a bit & I think it worked out,,
I love viscous, they're so versatile... even if you're not building it for damage, puddle punch is an amazing mobility/cc tool. I remember it being nerfed a couple of times, but I'm pretty sure we still have videos of viscous players fucking flying around the map with it

the tl;dr is
you draw with vectors & then you move the little dots around until it looks ok
do that w/ smart actions and you can layer things on top of each other (for example here she looks up, blinks, and rotates all at once)
fuck around with the timing a lot & which actions go when
need to SIT MY ASS DOWN and DESIGN THAT CHARACTER I'VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT NONSTOP
