If all this has come out in the first few weeks of the campaign, what's next? There's more than a year to the election. Do us and yourself a favor and drop out. This is beyond embarrassing.

Grieve, then plan. Rest, then fight. Take some action, no matter how small, every single day. This is our call for the foreseeable future.

Rather than lament this, we should feel honored to do it at a time when there is a genuine chance at liberation beyond the struggle. It is darkest before dawn.

I'm a Virginian and rising costs aren't in my top 10. Sure, I don't like it, but I'm much more concerned about human and civil right abuses by a fascist regime. Families being torn apart. The military in our cities. Rural hospitals shutting down. That is what my neighbors and I talk about.

Every time I walk my dog, the smell of weed is in the air. When we walk past the house with the Trump sign, I stop and give the finger in front of their ring cam. Terrifying stuff.

It is 100% carrying water for the opposition to participate in this collective delusion that Dems for some reason need to answer for every teen who throws a rock rather than hold the Trump admin accountable for intentionally creating chaos and breaking the law to stoke violence.

They are in charge.
