Smashed out a 31km ride this morning.

I’m really ramping up my London to Brighton training while the weather is good!

Went to pick my brother-in-law up from work and got treated to a fancy looking ice cream 🍨

I couldn’t say no! 🤷🏼‍♂️

Pushed myself to just over 28km and did a huge loop of Letchworth!

Felt good to get out for a ride this morning. 🚲

First time in a long time that I’ve got out on my bike in the morning, instead of the evening!

I think the puppy enjoyed her treat this morning! 🐶

Got out and explored the local greenway. Took me on a nice loop of Letchworth. Now to figure out how to extended this route further!

It’s so nice to be greeted by the cat as I get home 🐱
