Nine years ago, we released our first bottle of Golden Prairie™ American Single Malt Whiskey, the first made by a craft distillery in Illinois. Almost nine years later, the Federal Government has officially recognized American Single Malt Whiskey as a separate style category.

We will be closed on holidays falling on Wednesday this season: Xmas December 25th & New Years Day January 1st.

We will be open today 12/6 during Riverside Holiday Stroll, w/alcohol-free Hot Spiced Cider offered free, & 5-9pm happy hour $5 special Hot Spiced Cider Wassail spiked w/shot of whiskey or rum. Bar/store open regular hours 4-10pm.
