Waking up in the morning a bit soggy. This is a daily occurrence due to incontinence. Who else has this issue throughout the day and night?

Literally 2 people talking about it right in front of me today. Just the way they were about it. So much stigma attached to it still sadly

When people at work have a conversation that mentions about incontinence products and them making fun of it. You are sat there thinking actually if only you knew and we could all have a grown up conversation about incontinence. It doesn't just affect the elderly

Surely you can self medicate within reason though? If you aren't taking the maximum dosage that you were originally prescribed? Saves having to get through to a care navigator who then navigates you away from speaking to a GP

Travelling is always fun and getting to go to new places and countries is great. Especially when there is a reason to go too. I can't always quite cope if there isn't a reason. Would be great next time to go with someone else and share the experience with

Shame I live so far away for this to happen

Having a pretty crazy couple of days and off abroad tomorrow. Hopefully I can forget for a short time what's happening and enjoy a country and culture. Just wish currently someone could give me a cuddle and make sure I'm okay
