Just finished reading #EmpireOfAI by @karenhao.bsky.social and I'd highly recommend it. It draws parallels between AI companies and empires of old, with a particular emphasis on OpenAI.

I first heard of this book from the author's appearance on a @novaramedia.com podcast, so shout out to them too.

Hey, you may be aware already but there seems to be an issue with the projected points of some players/teams. Romero has 0% CBIT for example as do a few other players.

No rush as there is plenty of time for the deadline, but thought I'd raise it.

Is there a defined refresh interval for the projections? Right now, I just go by the final projected points number changing.

Yeah, I've been going with the workaround - although sometimes have to do it for all weeks to avoid a transfer out and in.

And yes, with a WC7 in mind - I don't want a plan to be constrained by a locked player for all 12 weeks.

A couple of questions / feature requests based on initial use:

1. It's not possible to lock players for a GW range, right? I want to lock a player for GW1-6 but then remove that for GW7+
2. Allow constraints for ITB value and transfers used across a GW range

Great first episode! I'm going to guess Orpheus and Eurydice - the game Hades introduced me to this myth. I didn't know about the snake part but the musical notes gave it away.

That's fair, I've been swayed too much by recent events perhaps - whatever they are now (I'll concede leftish), it's at least clear they're trying to pivot rightward.

Left on the economy but conservative on welfare is a contradiction though. Would be fairer to characterize him as rightish on the economy unfortunately.

Double Arsenal defence has been a disappointment and spoiler alert, I've already sold Timber.

Muñoz vs Castagne didn't matter in the end but maybe I should've considered playing both.

Hey Peter, great tool. A question on the layout on mobile though: I much preferred the one last season where players to replace are just under your team. Now, they're all the way at the bottom after fixture ticker, AM xPts, etc. which means scrolling a lot.

Is there a reason the order was switched?

If I had known Raúl and Flekken were starting, I would've benched Amad and not taken the hit for Pickford. That's a 11 point swing which would bring me to the safety score. Can't complain given that as a Haaland captainer.
