Wittman seems to comment lately on all things related to the governor and general assembly but he’s strangely silent about this hideous mailer sent out to people of color. Will Wittman and Kiggans stand up and condemn this racist mailer? Does their silence indicate acquiescence?

Using your folksy greeting does not absolve you of lying and misrepresenting the truth about the governor’s EO. Further, using law enforcement to make your point is pure fearmongering. Finally, you used a woman’s brutal death to score political points. Shame on you. Your constituents deserve better.

Wittman’s editorial is deliberate disinformation, intended to fool VA-01 voters into thinking Trump/Wittman policies are winning. They’re not. We’re worse off, less safe, and less healthy, and it’s getting worse by the day. Wittman is lying because he has good reason to be afraid of losing his job.

Wittman frames estate tax repeal as helping VA family farms, but USDA data shows only about 0.3% of farm estates owed any estate tax. The real beneficiaries of full repeal are ultra-wealthy estates. Meanwhile, Trump’s tariffs cost the average household $1,000+ in 2025 alone. 5/

Rob says ‘job creation has strengthened.’ Revised data shows 2025 added just 181,000 jobs, the weakest since COVID, and those were jobs associated with our aging population. In Feb 2026, the economy LOST 92,000 jobs. Unemployment is now 4.4%. This is not strength. Our labor market is in distress. 4/

Wittman credits Trump and Congressional Republicans for lowering inflation. In reality, inflation peaked at 9% in mid-2022 and fell to 2.9% by Biden’s last month in office - driven primarily by Federal Reserve rate hikes, not congressional action. And Trump’s tariffs have ADDED 0.7% to inflation. 3/

Wittman claims Americans faced 6.4% inflation ‘two years ago.’ That rate was from Jan 2023 - over 3 years ago. Two years ago, inflation was actually 3.5%. Rob cherry-picks data to exaggerate the decline and mislead us about the timeline. 2/

Wittman’s latest RTD editorial has more BS in it than an Oklahoman auctioneer’s yard. Hey RTD: is it policy to allow pols like Wittman to knowingly spread blatant falsehoods in your newspaper? Because this is RIDICULOUS. For the record, here’s the truth... 🧵

If Wittman wants to brand himself as “pro‑science,” he should start by aligning his votes on climate, air quality, and clean energy with the scientific evidence - not just showing up when research dollars are being handed out to universities in his district. /end

What will Wittman do about it? We already know: zero.

Wittman blasts Spanberger for her policy on ICE, an accusation hurtful to the victim, misleading, and wreaking of politics. Spanberger’s order emphasized “collaborative partnerships” not a complete break. He had an ICE detainer in 2020; why didn’t the Trump administration deport him at that time?

We’re still waiting. Do you represent your constituents or not? November is approaching.

So, Rob, what is the actual refund VA01 constituents can expect? Recent IRS data (2/26) estimate an average refund of $300-$351 not $1000 and that includes the 2017 tax cuts. He’s spinning so fast he doesn’t realize he’s lying anymore. We can’t trust anything that he says.
