Mild Magicks

I use a lot of circles in my construction... but seriously! I found the book Figure Drawing: For All It's Worth really clicked with me recently, I had a pretty big "ah-ha" moment with perspective thanks to it. Posemaniacs and resources like it help out too for ideas and refs.

I'm self-taught so I think it's more a manifestation of my learned experiences (both good and bad!) so I think a lot of my tells sneak into my drawings even if I try to use a different medium!

I have a couple of ways that I do it, and I often switch up if something catches my attention! But at the moment I've been using the following brushes in Clip Studio Paint:

- Flat Brush Watercolour brush (Hard Shadows)
- Rough Wash + Textured Blender (For Form and details)

This could be fun...

Just going through old files, found an old fantasy bikini commission

Samus Aran from the Metroid Franchise is bound with an armbinder, chained cuffs, gagged with a ballgag, and blindfolded. Remains of her Zero suit are stuck to her body as she tries to escape from the space pirate vessel.
