For 2025, and for myself included, do what you have to do to be healthy and better. For you first, and then everything else. You can't do anything for anyone if you're not at your best, and too many of us are conditioned to keep going even when we are being drained.

Can't see it here, but I hobble now with my bad knee (doing PT at home to try and change that).

Why am I saying this? Because often times we expect people to be like their profile pic or avatar, and even worse won't settle for anything less of those expectations.

New picture for promos. I weigh 171lbs here. Back in April of this year I weighed 120-ish lbs because I couldn't eat (teeth problems, no dentist/doctor for 11 years) and was in the ER twice because I had a hard time breathing.
