Hey! Made this Spider Maeve pfp for Halloween, but never posted it because... I was busy... with thinking what to do with my accounts and stuff. But now that I have, in fact, decided on that, here it is!!

full moon from a minute ago. the sky was striking to me, so I tried to take some photos with my phone. it doesn't capture just how breathtaking the sky was, but it helps me remember the day

the title "marrow" is taken from @vulpesvelox.bsky.social's upload of the cut track "bodywithoutorgans" on tumblr, which had the release titled as such. I thought it ruled, and decided to use that instead of using the title it had in the dream, which was actually self-titled. 🧵(5

I took photography and digital art I made and had around that likely wouldn't be used in a while. instead of coming up with song titles, I chose to turn it into a compilation record of b-sides and covers. 🧵(4

in total, if memory serves me right, it was around a bit over an hour in length. the album art is a direct replica of what I saw in the dream, it mostly being water with the occasional light and reflections.
I decide to turn this into a creative design practice, as I thought it was a cool idea. 🧵(3

this idea originally came to me from a dream, where glass beach released a limited run physical only (no digital copies available) 5 track EP. they were mostly long, ambient and noise pieces that had jazz and prog influences scattered throughout them. 🧵(2
