This reminds me of ai advocates who claim that those who refuse to use GenAi do so because they dont know how it works, yet it’s the opposite!

Of the endless reasons to hate genai, the inherent disempowerment/de-skill angle really kills me, esp when they try to sell it as a “creative tool.” I saw a commercial suggesting kids use it instead of drawing smth themselves to “express their creativity.” Makes me feel unwell.
