I don't know if it's obscure enough, but I do think that Black Books is some of the funniest TV ever made. If you want something a bit more obscure, Green Wing is another great comedy.

The Jamie, Paul, and Gianmarco episode was so good. Need to watch more of it.

They probably mean The Finals, which pulled the same AI voice acting stuff. Not sure if they're actually linked, just two games by the same dev that did the same thing. I also have complicated feelings about it. It's better than the worst possible option of not paying but I still dislike it.
