I've played almost all of the Assassin's Creed games in the past two years.

Shadows, so far, is in the running for my top 3 (currently occupied by 2, Brotherhood, and Odyssey).

Ended up getting Avowed and I have to say I like Obsidian's whole "RPGs don't have to cost 150 million dollars and take 200 hours to play" thing. Also digging the Vandermeer-meets-Morrowind aesthetic. And you can get up to some real Griffin McElroy style shenanigans in the character creator
