Constantly Distracted

We got in line for the Berrios city connect jerseys at 2:30 for 5 pm entry as the 2 teens with us wanted to be certain they'd get one. That was mid July right after the all star break. There were already lots of people in line at that point but we were reasonably close to the doors.

They brought them good luck as they won in OT too!

We left for a cruise just before the 1st March break storm hit. We were in Barbados when the 2nd storm hit.
Thankfully we had parked indoors at the airport and a neighbour had cleared our driveway before our return. Coukd not believe how much snow had fallen while away.

Back in the day (mid 80s?) NS tourism gave away museum passports and each museum had a stamp. While I never completed a full set, I had good fun collecting as many as I could each summer.

I use the Morris St after Barrington stop and the back doors have been basically impossible to use for weeks. If any driver gave me grief I'd point out the window at the snowpile. Even the front door area is not well cleared but better than the back.

I'm in the same place with driving. Kid2 is probably a better driver than I am, for sure he is at night anyway. Yesterday he went to a friend's place around noon and I reminded him several times that the weather was deteriorating quickly. Sigh of relief when he got home at 2pm.

In the bad winter of 2015 we had two big snowstorms during March break so we're not out of the woods yet. 😧

Hmm I don't think computers are what they're talking about though. The employees WFH/hybrid have computers already that they take back and forth to the office. When they say "workstations" they talking cubicles and physical space.

I boarded a bus at Portland hills at 7:26. Usually it takes me 55ish minutes to get to work downtown. Today we were already at Scotia square by 7:55.

Traffic is light because Friday and reading week but wow that's a good example of how a swing of several thousand commuters affect traffic.

I don't know but Kid2's tournament semi final also went 0-0 to OT then a 6 round shootout on Monday so this is three days in a row of OT stress.
