Well, I guess itβs during injury but I wasnβt getting better not doing squats and mentally feeling better from doing them. So I got over 50lbs with the dumbbell. If my rotator cuff improves, Iβll go back to the bar.

It was very delicious. Iβve been weighing my food for 5 m and tracking cals for about 6 m. Lost about 15lbs. Not great.
