On a green lawn, a big tree is in the centre, with a sizeable trunk and reaching branches with green foliage. A wooden bench is just too one side. Grass as far as the eye can see, and more trees at the borders.

Which circle of hell for people who don't get up and move from 'airline' seats on trains after plenty of free seats become available?

31.08.2025 15:22 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0The image is a Japanese woodblock print titled "Red Mask Cormorant on Rock" by Ohara Koson (1877-1945), a prominent artist of the shin-hanga movement. The artwork features a large, dark-feathered cormorant standing on a rocky outcrop, with its wings partially spread, possibly in the act of drying them or preparing for flight. The bird is rendered with detailed plumage and a distinctive long, pointed yellow beak. Waves break against the rocks it stands upon. In the background there are birds in flight in the distance.
Morning.

A tabby cat is snuggled into a pale blue muslin blanket in the corner of a sofa. A person is under a darker blue blanket. They are both on a sofa with a dark grey throw on it.

He's using my blanket and I'm using his.
People did the same thing with activities as well, like 'I'm having a better meal/day/walk than you'
Kind of disgusting that people can't find joy or satisfaction in anything *unless* they shit on others at the same time.

Loved it. Especially the narrative structure. Scary and funny. #horror
Indeed.
I had a checklist of 10 items after my first marriage ended and having read LOTR was one of those items.
