Hearing from Nurses who work in war zones and are witness to horrific injuries, low resources and the risk of injury, abduction, torture, and even death

They should not have to work like this..
They are nurses, not fighters

This has to change

We need robust debrief sessions, active and compassionate support to report, and time to heal
