A weird aspect of watching this type of story in the year 2025 is that the holodeck kind of works a lot like generative AI—and that suddenly makes it seem significantly less fun.
AI could never create an episode as good as this one, though.
I LOVED this week's episode of #StrangeNewWorlds! It's a classic malfunctioning holodeck adventure, a Star Trek parody, a murder mystery, and a fun spin on the making of the original series all in one hilarious package.
