It's taken me 2 years of searching to find Koloa Rum (found in Norway! koloarum.com) & juice experimenting to finally recreate my version of Duke's Kauai Mai Tai. POG (passion/orange/guava) base with coconut rum/dark rum float. Drink umbrella required.

Alice Hamilton was born on this day in 1869 in New York City. She was a physician, research scientist and humanitarian who is considered the “Mother of Industrial Medicine.” Her rigorous research led to the creation of the Occupation Safety and Health Administration in 1971. /1
