Guess I'll post some art. A while back I announced I was doing a manga based off one of my fanfics, but given my energy level I don't think it will get finished. I'm working to at least finish what I already have. Here's one of the more finished pages from Big Brother.

This burnout thing has been going on for 3 years now, and it only seems to be getting worse. It's stupid how much time and energy it takes for me to even write to someone.

I sat here for over 10 minutes trying to think of something that doesn't sound like moaning. I tried this morning too before giving up. Anhedonia sucks, and autistic burnout is worse. I'm exhausted; It's like my brain has switched off.

I've been wanting to draw Ultra Ego Vegeta as Thanos since Squid Game Season 2 concluded. With that shared manic energy, purple hair, and ear cuff? I mean, come on. 😄

...Also the actor's rap band was called "BigBang". ❤️

Another version of the animated werewolf painting. Same prompt, but I took the painting into Clip Studio first and gave it a 16:9 aspect ratio. Zoomed in a bit in DaVinci Resolve and added sound (some of the same sounds from the Dragon Ball one I did but with a dog thrown in). Watch your volume.

Used one of my digital paintings for this Ai animation.

I forgot how far this one werewolf went back. The first was a random pen sketch. Later I did a digital painting of it as a pre-plan for an acrylic painting. The 3rd is a 36x24 acrylic painting. Years later I took the photo of it into Photoshop and turned it back into a digital painting.

Ai animation of my digital painting "Transition".

I call this one "Transition" (Photoshop painting, 2022). Did an Ai animation of it and was going to post it next to the original, but I can't I guess so I'll do that in a separate post.

I love drawing me some buff Saiyan princes, but emaciated, faceless ghosts are an enduring forte.

I added sound! The Demon Oozaru is a tiger, a grizzly, an alligator, and a horse (I dinked around with the pitches a bit). Of course there are also explosions and fire. Mind your volume, btw. An Ai animation of one the drawings I did for my fanfic "Touketsu".

Thank you.❤️ I gotta say it was pretty exciting to see my drawing instantly come to life, though the outcome is pretty random. I've done some animation with Blender (and I prefer its control), but at the rate it evolves I'll never get a real grasp on it.

I finally tried it. I used Ai to animate one of my drawings. The Demon Oozaru's tail gets wonky, and my prompt caused him to burst into flames, but it looked like it could be ki with some editing. I took it into DaVinci Resolve and applied a sloppy tracking mask to change the color of the fire.

Oh god, exactly this. Though lately this has extended into writing. 😞

Reflecting. The Burning Bridge was my favorite fanfic to write. It reminds me of Christmas. It's when I was wrapping it up, but the Slavic references also make me think of family and holidays. Near the end, I realized one of my OC's was my mom. I miss her. Holiday baking hasn't been as fun since.

This is how I felt after battling through the last minute Christmas shop traffic. I'm not leaving the house if I can avoid it, not even for the gym. I'll work out at home, thanks.

I drew a demonic aspect of Vegeta called Touketsu Vegeta back in 2006, and a few years ago featured him in a couple fanfics: "Touketsu" and its sequel "The Burning Bridge". I thought he looked a bit like Krampus, so I was inspired to do this. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! 🎄

CORRECTION: In my last post I said I've been reviewing fanfics since 2020. I've been reviewing since 2000. Did I mention I'm old and my brain isn't working so great anymore?

I used to give constructive criticism along with my praise, but I tended to be blunt. It's just how I naturally speak. After getting feedback that it was hurtful, I quit. I only give positive feedback now, but I agonize over how it's phrased, and it sucks up my mental energy.

Autistic burnout is a thing. The mental energy is takes to do anything, much less write and interact with people, has become too taxing. And it just keeps getting worse. My mind feels empty. I've been depressed most of my life, and it's gotten nothing on this. This is a special sort of feebleness.

I'm a hypocrite. I made a post encouraging people to comment on others writing and art, but I barely do it myself anymore. Since 2020 up until a couple years ago I reviewed every fanfic, every chapter. I slowly did less and less, because it takes so long for me to formulate my thoughts now.
